Reporting directly to the co-CEO, the Senior Partnership Manager is responsible for driving, developing, and optimizing a strategic portfolio of major partners and sponsors for Team Vitality. In this key leadership role, you will ensure the execution of reciprocal commitments, elevate Team Vitality's brand image, and cultivate long-term, high-value commercial relationships. You will also directly manage and guide a team of two Partnership Account Specialists to deliver operational excellence and impactful activations.

Team Leadership & Management
Direct Management: Supervise, guide, and develop a dedicated team of two Partnership Account Specialists.
Workload Coordination: Oversee task allocation, project workflows, and operational quality across the team to ensure high-performance delivery.
Partner Relations & Account Management
Trust & Relationship Building: Build and maintain enduring, qualitative relationships with key client decision-makers.
Strategic Alignment: Deeply understand partners' business goals, strategic stakes, and marketing expectations.
Activation Guidance: Support and advise partners in designing impactful activations, tailored content, and fan engagement strategies.
Agency Management: Coordinate and oversee relations with third-party agencies commissioned by partners.
Client Communication: Lead client meetings, deliver high-level presentations, and oversee post-meeting follow-ups.
Business Development & Strategy
Strategic Contribution: Participate in defining and implementing the commercial and marketing strategy for the partnerships division.
Sales & RFP Support: Contribute to sales decks, commercial proposals, pitch presentations, and tender responses (RFPs).
Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and optimize the portfolio budget to maximize profitability and resource efficiency.
Performance Analytics & KPIs: Establish relevant indicators to measure partner activity, track performance, and analyze operational ROI.
Reporting & Collateral: Oversee the creation of reports, activity tracking files, presentations, and communication media (newsletters, flyers).
Operational Management & Event Execution
Contractual Compliance: Ensure 100% execution of Team Vitality's contractual commitments in collaboration with marketing.
Annual Planning: Propose and manage an annual schedule of deployed events and partner activities.
Event Supervision: Design and oversee the operational organization of client events and special operations.
Vendor Management: Select and manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring service excellence and budget adherence.
Internal Conductor Role: Brief and coordinate internal cross-functional teams to execute all operations utilizing company resources.
Debriefs & Post-Mortems: Conduct post-event reviews, gather client feedback, and present comprehensive performance debriefs.
Industry Intelligence: Maintain continuous intelligence on esports trends, sports business, digital communications, and event innovations.
