Team Vitality est un club d’esport français créé en 2013 par Fabien « Neo » Devide et Nicolas Maurer.
En dix ans, le club est devenu leader en France et en Europe, et évolue à l’international sur 7 jeux emblématiques : League of Legends, CS2, Valorant, FIFA, Rocket League, Call of Duty Mobile, StarCraft 2.

Composé de joueurs internationaux aux performances exceptionnelles, le club se consacre pleinement à l’identification et au développement de toute une génération d’athlètes d’esport. Au total, la communauté Team Vitality compte plus de 12 millions de fans sur tous les réseaux sociaux, qu’elle fédère aussi sur son application mobile V.Hive.

Team Vitality est fière de compter des partenaires mondiaux dans leur secteur, comme Tezos et Hummel. Le club tricolore possède des équipes à-travers le monde: Paris (France), Berlin (Allemagne), et Mumbai (Inde).

Job Description

Reporting to the PR & Corporate communication Manager, and working closely with the whole Communication Team, you will help to deliver and optimize Team Vitality’s communication strategy in order to support our global leadership ambitions.

Support our PR & Corporate activity and delivery:

  • Weekly monitoring and content curation

  • Interviews planning, work with a global PR agency

  • Assist with content production (press releases, briefs, conferences, mediatraining, etc.) and press events

  • Reporting

Support the LinkedIn performances analysis and the implementation of a content strategy optimization plan:

  • Social Media metrics update and analysis

  • LinkedIn posts writting and suggestions

  • Co-build the editorial calendar

Preferred Experience

  • Business School or Communication School

  • Familiar with the esports environment

  • Writing, speaking, and collaboration skills

  • Good analysis and synthetic capacities

  • Fluent in English, both speaking & writing

Recruitment Process

Ideally, the interviews will take place at V.Hive so that you can discover our working environment, but video-conferencing is also possible for one of the two interviews.

  1. First interview with the PR & Corporate communication Manager (1 hour)

  2. Second interview with the HR Manager (45 min)
