As Growth & Media Operations Apprenticeship, you will work closely with the Head of Growth & Media to support the team on a focused set of operational topics across team coordination, analytics support, reporting, and CRM execution.
This role is designed as a hands-on operational support position with a broad but well-defined scope. The objective is to strengthen the team’s day-to-day execution, improve visibility on ongoing projects, and provide reliable support on recurring growth and media tasks.
You will contribute to the smooth running of the team by helping structure priorities, support reporting and post-mortems, assist on analytics topics, and execute simple CRM tasks in line with the marketing calendar.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong interest in growth, digital marketing, analytics and operations, who enjoys both structure and execution in a fast-moving environment.
Your main missions will include :
Support the Head of Growth & Media on day-to-day operations
Help structure and follow up on key projects across the Growth & Media scope
Prepare internal documents, summaries, reports and meeting notes
Support weekly and monthly business follow-ups
Help monitor priorities, timelines and next steps across ongoing initiatives
Contribute to ad hoc research, benchmarks and operational recommendations
Coordinate cross-functional growth projects
Support collaboration across teams involved in growth topics such as CRM, fan experience, media, social, merchandising and partnerships
Help ensure projects move forward smoothly and key stakeholders stay aligned
Track action plans and contribute to project organization and execution
Assist in preparing launch plans, performance recaps and internal updates
Support analytics and reporting tasks
Help update and maintain social media account lists for Team Vitality, players and related ecosystems
Support tasks requiring tools such as Emplifi
Assist on web analytics topics, especially around acquisition channels and “unassigned” traffic
Help verify data consistency through checks and basic testing
Support the preparation of post-mortems and performance recaps
Consolidate data and contribute to recurring dashboards or reports
Support CRM and fan lifecycle initiatives
Build simple newsletter audiences using lists or basic segments based on clear criteria
Schedule CRM campaigns in line with the marketing calendar
Support push notifications and simple automations
Update email templates to ensure a clean, consistent and professional brand experience
Help with basic campaign QA and reporting
Monitor market practices and benchmark competitors to bring new ideas to the team
